Everything starts with a mail. A paragraph, a list, or just a rough idea. Whatever you've got is enough to start. I read every one myself and reply within 24h on weekdays: yes I'd like to dig in, no it's not the right fit, or yes but I've got a question first.

No forms, no funnel. Just a mail and a reply. The best projects usually start with someone telling me their idea in a normal sentence.

What you send
  • A short mail with your idea
  • Links / refs (optional)
  • Rough timing if you have it

If the mail looks like a fit, we book a short call. It's not a sales pitch. I just want to understand what you actually want, which is usually a bit different from what ended up in the mail. Most briefs change after this call, and that's fine. Afterwards you get a quote with the scope, the timing and a fixed price.

Questions I always ask: who is the audience, what problem are we really solving, what does success look like in three months, what have you tried that didn't work?

You get
  • Intro call (video or in person)
  • Refined brief in writing
  • Quote with scope & fixed price

Once the quote's signed, I build a prototype: a real, clickable first version, not slides or flat mockups. If it's a website you get a link you can actually use. If it's a brand, you see it applied to real things. We go through it together, adjust what needs adjusting, and you sign off.

A flat design can look great and still feel wrong the moment you use it. A prototype tells you the truth: you click it and you know. It's also a lot cheaper to change things now than after launch.

You get
  • Clickable prototype / live link
  • Review meeting
  • One round of refinement

Once it's approved, I finish it: the full design, production-ready code, a brandbook or guidelines, and all the assets organised so your team can actually find them. I do a short handover so you know how to run it yourself, and I'm around for questions afterwards without a clock running.

Launch isn't just dumping a zip file in your inbox. I want you to be able to run the thing without me, so you get clean code, clear docs and a proper handover.

You get
  • Final design + code
  • Asset archive + guidelines
  • Handover + support window
